Usually TV remote controls

Usually TV remote controls emit pulses  at 38Khz, A popular IR sensor for it is TSOP1738, where "38" at the end defines the frequency. To decode a remote control signal. Most TV remote controls follow the RC5 encoding a protocol developed by Phillips.

Bi Phase Encoding.

The rc5 has a total of 14 bits with s0-s4 as address of the device and c5-c0 as command

Which is best software to draw the schematic or circuit diagram

i think that the express PCB and diptrace are best to draw the schematics but the software used by botskool is very good i want to know the name of the software used by botskool
