Yes I have tried what you have said and even then the motors stop after running for some time although the behaviour of motors is better than before. I have to press the reset key(reset of mcu) to again restart the motors but the runnnig time of motors decreases with every reset press and eventually motors stop responding after some time. The sensor circuit works fine even after stopping of motors as the corresponding LEDs respond according to surface but no response from motors.

One more thing I forgot to tell u earlier, in case you want to know, is that I am giving 12V to pin8 of l293d for driving motors of 24V,200 rpm and currently I am using a 12V eliminator for power supply to whole circuit.

If its surely because of back emf then please provide me filter circuit as soon as possible.
