go to ubuntu.com and then to download section select proper download location near to your country or any then select your desktop iso which is around 700MB, note it should be i386 desktop iso for 32 bit OS(that is normal OS we use) for AMD 64 bit there is another iso ,use download accelerator if possible..once downloaded watch this video and Njoy!
